The master bed room downstairs adjacent to the work room, it has 2 beds (queen and king), fireplace, tv, closets and its own master bathroom. Great for friends to share!  (the cost is 1825 per person-not room)

If you would like to share and bunk with a friend you can add on the Bring a Friend $995 for each bed and split your costs!   (ex: 1825 + 995 divide by 2)  Groups of 3 or 4 friends call us to arrange special pricing. As long as the space is available.

  • Due to the limited enrollment and unique event we have a strict cancellation policy.   Once an attendee is registered, we block out their room and make arrangements for their arrival.  Please be sure you are available for the retreat and can pay the balance when due.​

    Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: February 2nd, 2020 and March 1st 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: March 2nd 2020 and the retreat start date will result in a total loss of funds.

    We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).

    Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. We have included the link on the policy page. 

    We understand medical and last minute emergency’s happen. We will ask for documentation and If we can refill your spot, a credit for a future camp may be available.  

    ​If making payments, 2/3 of your retreat is due by Feb 1st, 2020 and the final payment is due April 1st 2020.

    If our camp is cancelled due to low enrollment you will receive a full refund on payments paid. 

    ​Please read our Policy page before you register and answer our questionnaire.  We will send you an email to confirm that you understand our policy.  We have a very small and specialized retreat; a lot of planning goes into it to ensure a great experience for everyone.  Understanding and following our policy and registration process helps us to achieve our goal.
