4 days of Sewing! Join us for 4 days of fashion fun!
We'll be of course sewing, but also focusing on fabrics in our morning workshops and fit and pattern adjustments throughout. We also have fashion paint night, fashion pictionary game night, happy hour and if you can stay over Saturday evening we can take a boat ride (weather permitting) Breakfast and Lunches are included. Dinner is on our own.
We also have plenty of sewing machines to use if you do not want to bring yours.
Airfare, hotel, airport transportation, dinner and alcohol drinks are on your own.
Hilton Garden Inn will be hosting us and have rooms set aside for our guest for an amazing price! We have a special rate of $129 per night!

Deposit for 4 day Retreat
Our Refund Policy
Due to the limited enrollment and unique event we have a strict cancellation policy.
Once an attendee is registered, we block out their room and make arrangements for their arrival. Please be sure you are available for the retreat and can pay the balance when due.
Any cancellation received prior to August 18, 2024 your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 service fee. Any cancellation made between Aug18 to Aug-27 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made after August 27th and the retreat start date will result in a total loss of funds.
If you are making a deposit, the balance is due on Sept 4th, 2024, we will have the payment buttons up on the site this summer.
We are strict with our policy as the hotel has their fees and rules we must follow. If you cancel, this results in fees for us. So please be sure you can attend as planned.
We understand medical and last minute emergency’s happen including Covid related issues. We will ask for documentation and if we can refill your spot, a credit for a future camp may be available minus service fees.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the hotel minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. Their contact number is 800-454-7107 if you have questions.
If our camp is cancelled due to low enrollment you will receive a full refund on all monies paid.
